The Quality - World Class Wines

Great wine is not made in a factory, it is made in the vineyard, where sunshine, good soil and careful tending make great wine grapes (vitis vinifera). Winexpert sources the best varietals from the best wine regions around the world and packages the concentrated grape juice / grape must into small batches that make 30 bottles of wine. These varietals are imported to Trinidad and Tobago where the fermentation, racking, filtering, bottling, corking, and labeling all take place.

The Process

How it works: After selecting the varietal, we start the fermentation process by adding the yeast to the concentrated grape juice / grape must in the primary fermenter. Depending on the varietal chosen, the wine will be ready in 5 - 9 weeks, at which time we would bottle, cork, cap and label the wine. During the 5-9 weeks we attend to the racking and filtering of the wine (clarification processes). We utilize the latest state of the art winemaking equipment to make a world class wines for you.

Environment Friendly

Winexpert promotes environment friendly practices which includes the re-use of bottles. Sanitizing machinery is used to ensure all reused bottles are sterilized before every use.
